Katharine Beutner is the author of Killingly (coming June 2023) and Alcestis, winner of the Edmund White Award for Debut Fiction and finalist for a Lambda Literary Award. Her writing has appeared in Tinfish, The Los Angeles Review of Books, Public Books, The Toast, Humanities, and other publications. Currently an assistant professor of English at the College of Wooster, she lives in Cleveland, OH.
