In her professional career, Jackie has held roles such as Editor, Senior Writer, and Associate Creative Director of Writing, where she has led content teams and crafted compelling messaging across various industries for agencies and organizations in Chicago, San Francisco, and Columbus. Her work includes spearheading content strategy and copywriting for high-profile projects, such as serving as the lead digital content strategist and writer for Lenovo Late Night IT Season 2. Her leadership and creativity have been recognized with prestigious professional awards, including multiple Telly Awards and Addy Awards, which celebrate her achievements in copywriting and content development.
